Mr Crain and his team were a perfect fit for our project, and exceeded even our high expectations. We had Mr Crain pour a 2000 sqft parking area, and had the additional requirement that it support our RV and other heavy equipment. We had a difficult area to work because the terrain sloped from our existing road TOWARD the house. Out of all the contractors that quoted the project, Mr Crain was the only one that proposed the drain you see in our completed project. His experience with this work was immediately apparent, and I never felt like he was rushing through any appointments. He took over an hour to quote the initial proposal for even a simple parking pad, all the while asking questions and really trying to understand our desires for the space. During the work, his team was always respectful of our property and privacy, but diligent to meet his schedule for the pour. During the day of the pour, he even took time away from what seemed to be critical moments to accommodate my kids putting hand prints on the pad. Now on the backside of this project, we couldn’t be happier with the result, and would be happy to bring any additional concrete work to Mr Crain in the future. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for!
